Crows Nest brought the first Jimmy Jib Triangle cranes to Johannesburg and Cape Town in 1998 and 1999. We initially purchased the Triangle Jib primarily to service the commercials end of the market and to provide a lightweight, cost effective and versatile solution to local and international productions.

We are passionate about providing quality equipment and service.

Having serviced the Film and Television industry across all genres and formats, we strive to provide a creative ‘hands on’ approach across the board regardless of how big or small the production. Crows Nest has had the privilege of working with many wonderful productions and have built solid and valued relationships with Production houses, Directors, D.O.P’s, Grips and Rental houses for over 20 years.
